This beginners class will take you through the first steps of your bread making journey and will hopefully inspire you to have a go at home. Covering all the essentials, including choice of ingredients, kneading, proving, shaping and baking, you will go home loaded with your delicious baked delights.
Experimenting with a variety of flours, you will make a tin loaf, bread rolls, fougasse and a pizza which you will have for lunch.
Suitable for beginners or those wanting to brush up on their bread making skills.
