Welcome to the world of French breads. Here you will discover how to make some classic breads which can be found in almost every boulangerie across France. So many to choose from but on this course we will be baking a classic French baguette, Pain d'Epi, Pain de Campagne, delicious Pain Viennois, and a buttery Brioche dough to take take home and bake the next day. You will end the day with arms full of bread and the skills to recreate these breads at home, turning your kitchen into a 'mini boulangerie'.
Suitable for those with some bread making experience.
